Refunds Policy

We aim to provide quality digital products. Due to the nature of downloadable products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand exceptions may occur.

General Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not available for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The product is corrupted or inaccessible
  • A duplicate order was made unintentionally
  • The product does not match the description significantly

Request Procedure:

  • For refund requests, please email us at grooptools@gmail.com within 1 calendar day of purchase
  • Provide order ID and reason
  • We’ll respond within 2–3 business days

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
